The ordering process
By clicking on the desired item in the shop overview, a detail page opens.
You can now place the article in the shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.
You can access your shopping cart contents at any time by clicking on the white shopping cart symbol. There you can also adjust the quantity at any time or remove items from the shopping cart by clicking on the cross symbol.
Optionally, you can send us a message by clicking on "Add a note".
Clicking on "Checkout" opens the checkout page. Please enter your name, address and e-mail address there.
The shipping costs will be calculated automatically in the next step at the latest.
On the next page please select your preferred payment method:

You will receive an email with the order confirmation and an invoice as soon as possible.

With the button "Place Order" you accept our terms and conditions and the data protection declaration, buy the items and a contract is concluded. You will be directed to our "Thank you" page and your order is thus confirmed.
If you have selected »Prepayment (bank transfer)« as the payment method:
You will receive an email with an invoice in PDF format and the bank details.
As soon as the transfer has been credited to our account, your package will go on its journey.
If the payment method is credit card or PayPal, this process is accelerated and the goods leave our warehouse no later than on the following working day.
If you have chosen "Credit or Debit Cards" or "PayPal" as your payment method:
You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation immediately after placing your order. In this e-mail you will find the link to your invoice. Click on »Show invoice« and a new window in your Internet browser will open with your invoice. You now have the option of printing out this invoice by clicking on the button with the printer symbol or downloading a PDF with the invoice directly. To do this, please click on »Download PDF«.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as the goods are on their way.
